تأثير لون وشدة الإضاءة في مستوى هرموني الكورتيزول والميلاتونين وفي بعض المؤشرات الإنتاجية لدجاج اللحم (روس)

الملخص

استخدم في البحث 450 صوصاً من الهجين Ross في مدجنة خاصة في محافظة اللاذقية خلال الفترة الممتدة من 26 آيار  حتى 7 تموز من عام 2024 قسمت إلى 6 أقسام ووزعت الصيصان عشوائياً بعمر يوم ضمن معاملات الإضاءة المختلفة        و بمعدل 3 مكررات لكل معاملة على الشكل التالي: (TY 90 lux) أصفر (تنغستن) (الشاهد)، (TW 75 lux) أبيض (فلوروسنت), (TB  24 lux)  أزرقLED ، (TG 24 lux) أخضر LED، (TG-B 24 lux) تعاقب اللونين الأخضر- الأزرق LED ، (T Mix (G+B) 28 lux) مزيج اللونين الأخضر والأزرق LED. وهدف البحث إلى تقييم استخدام ألوان وشدات مختلفة من إضاءة  LEDفي بعض المؤشرات الفيزيولوجية والإنتاجية وتحديد الأنسب منها في تعزيز إنتاجية ورفاهية الطيور.

 أظهرت النتائج تفوق المعاملة TMixG+B على جميع  المعاملات المدروسة  في المؤشرات الإنتاجية, إذ حققت  زيادة معنوية (p≤0.01) في متوسط الوزن الحي, كمية العلف المستهلكة, كفاءة التحويل الغذائي, نسبة التصافي والتشافي, ومتوسط الدليل الإنتاجي بمقدار (192.30غ, 67.70غ, 0.09غ علف/غ وزن, 3.05%, 6.05%, 61.06) على التوالي عن معاملة الشاهد. كما أظهرت نتائج التحاليل الهرمونية انخفاضاً معنوياً لمستوى الكورتيزول في طيور المعاملتين (TMixG+B) و(TG-B) بمقدار (16.88 و16.51 نانوغرام/ميليلتر) على التوالي, وارتفاعاً معنوياً في نسبة الميلاتونين بمقدار 6.02) و(5.33 بيكوغرام/ميليلتر على التوالي عن معاملة الشاهد. يُستنتج من الدراسة ضرورة استبدال المصابيح التقليدية البيضاء(الفلوروسنت), والصفراء (التنغستين) بمصابيح LED الملونة في مداجن رعاية الفرَّوج واعتماد كل من اللونين الأخضر والأزرق لتعزز الحالة الإنتاجية والفيزيولوجية.
