يُعد الصراع التنظيمي من الظواهر الشائعة في بيئة العمل، ولا سيما في المؤسسات الصحية، إذ يؤثر في العلاقات بين العاملين وجودة الرعاية الصحية. ويؤدي رؤساء الشعب التمريضية دوراً محورياً في إدارة الصراع بما يحقق بيئة عمل تعاونية ويعزز كفاءة الأداء التمريضي. هدف البحث الحالي: تقييم مستوى استراتيجيات إدارة الصراع لدى رؤساء الشعب التمريضية من وجهة نظر الكادر التمريضي في مستشفى اللاذقية الجامعي. مواد وطرائق البحث: أُجريت دراسة وصفية تحليلية على عينة متاحة مكونة من (300) عنصر تمريضي، تمثل (25%) من مجتمع الدراسة في مستشفى اللاذقية الجامعي. جُمعت البيانات في معظم الأقسام باستخدام استبيان مطور لقياس استراتيجيات إدارة الصراع، ثم حُللت باستخدام برنامج SPSS الإصدار (25(. النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أن المستوى الكلي لاستراتيجيات إدارة الصراع لدى رؤساء الشعب التمريضية كان متوسطاً من وجهة نظر الكادر التمريضي. كما جاءت استراتيجيتا التع، أون والتسوية بمستوى مرتفع، في حين جاءت استراتيجيات القوة والسيطرة، والتنازل، والتجنب بمستوى متوسط. الاستنتاج: خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى استخدام رؤساء الشعب التمريضية لاستراتيجيات إدارة الصراع كان متوسطاً بشكل عام، مما يستدعي تعزيز مهارات إدارة الصراع، ولا سيما استراتيجيات التع، أون والتسوية، من خلال برامج التدريب والتطوير المهني المستمر، بما يسهم في تحسين فعالية القيادة التمريضية وجودة الرعاية.
