الملخص

المقدمة: تُعد آلام أسفل الظهر من أكثر الاضطرابات العضلية الهيكلية شيوعاً بين الممرضين، نظراً لطبيعة العمل التمريضي الذي يتطلب جهداً بدنياً مستمراً وتحريكاً متكرراً للمرضى وساعات عمل طويلة، مما يؤثر سلباً في صحتهم وأدائهم المهني وجودة الرعاية المقدمة.

هدف البحث: تقييم انتشار آلام أسفل الظهر وشدتها لدى الممرضين العاملين في مشفى حماة الوطني ، وتحديد عوامل الخطر المهنية والديموغرافية المرتبطة بها، وعلاقتها بجودة الرعاية الصحية المقدمة.

مواد وطرق البحث: دراسة وصفية تحليلية مقطعية على عينة ملائمة من 61 ممرضاً في مشفى حماة الوطني، بين 15 آذار و15 حزيران 2026. جُمعت البيانات عبر استبيان منظم شمل البيانات الديموغرافية والمهنية وخصائص الألم وتأثيراته وعوامل الخطر والسلوكيات الوقائية، وقِيسَت شدة الألم بالمقياس البصري التناظري. حُللت البيانات بواسطة SPSS باستخدام الاختبارات الإحصائية المناسبة، واعتُبرت النتائج ذات دلالة إحصائية عند

(p ≤ 0.05).

النتائج: أظهرت الدراسة انتشاراً واسعاً لآلام أسفل الظهر (72.1%)، مع تحول نصف الحالات إلى ألم مزمن، وغلبة الطابع المتوسط إلى الشديد. أثر الألم سلباً في الأداء المهني لدى 40.9% من المصابين، وتسبب في غيابهم عن العمل بنسبة مماثلة (40.9%). ارتبط الألم معنوياً بعوامل مهنية عدة، أبرزها: ساعات العمل الطويلة، كثرة المناوبات الليلية، الجهد البدني المرتفع، تحريك المرضى يدوياً، نقص التدريب على أساليب النقل الآمن، والعمل في الأقسام الحرجة والجراحية.

الاستنتاجات والتوصيات: تمثل آلام أسفل الظهر مشكلة مهنية واسعة الانتشار بين الممرضين، كما ارتبط انتشار الألم بعوامل مهنية محددة، مع نقص ملحوظ في التدريب الوقائي وارتفاع نسبة الألم المزمن. تُوصي الدراسة باعتماد برامج تدريبية حول أساليب النقل والتحريك الآمن، وإعادة هيكلة جداول العمل، ووضع سياسات دعم وظيفي للمصابين، وإجراء دراسات تدخلية وطولية مستقبلية.
