الكشف عن متبقيات الفلورفينيكول والكلورامفينيكول في كبد وكلى الفروج في محافظة حمص

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف والتحري عن وجود متبقيات للصادين الحيويين الفلورفينكول والكلورامفينيكول في كبد وكلى الفروج المعد للبيع في المحلات التجارية في محافظة حمص، شملت الدراسة تحليل (24 عينة كبد، 24عينة كلى) وكل عينة هي عبارة عن دمج ثلاث عينات (وبالتالي يكون عدد العينات الفعلي 144 عينة) تم جمعها من المحلات التجارية من أربع مناطق مختلفة لمحافظة حمص. تم حفظ العينات بأكياس نايلون سحاب وتجميدها ونقلها بواسطة حافظات خاصة الى مخبر الكيمياء الحديثة في كلية الطب البيطري جامعة حماة لإجراء التحليل. تم استخلاص العينات وتحليلها بواسطة جهاز الكروماتوغرافيا السائلة عالية الأداء(hplc). أظهرت النتائج وجود متبقيات للفلورفينيكول في جميع العينات المدروسة بنسب مختلفة نسبيا، تراوحت بين 2689.02-13.11 مكغ/كغ، حيت تجاوزت 8.33% من العينات المدروسة الحدود القصوى المسموح بها من متبقيات الفلورفينكول بالنسبة لعينات الكبد المدروسة، وبالنسبة لعينات الكلى تراوحت بين927.06-19.93 ميكروغرام/كيلوغرام، حيث تجاوزت 37.5% من العينات المدروسة الحدود القسوى المسموح بها لمتبقيات الفلورفينيكول، بينما خلت العينات المدروسة من تواجد متبقيات للكلورامفينيكول .
