The conditions of the educational work environment and their relationship to the quality of working life "An Empirical Study of teachers in secondary education schools in the province of Damascus."

The aim of the research was to reveal the level of conditions in the educational work environment in Damascus governorate schools, and their relation to the quality of career according to the research variables (gender, number of years of experience). From the point of view of members of the educational body in secondary education

The research sample consisted of (100) teachers and teachers in the schools of Damascus governorate. The second semester of the academic year (2016), the researcher used two measures: the conditions of the work environment of the researcher and the quality of life (Yahia Al Najjar Abdul Raouf Al Tala, 2015):              

1-The literature of the research on the quality of the career in the schools of Damascus Governorate, which is composed of the percentages that ranged between (2,543,62). The order of the fields according to averages and percentage percentages according to the following order: Social sphere ranked first, , And the field of employment in the last ranking, while the total score of the scale was (73.75%). As a high percentage, which means that there is a quality of life for the members of the research sample of teachers

2-It was found that there is a correlation between the conditions of the work environment and the psychological field, the social sphere, the functional field and the living field

3-There are no differences between the sexes in the conditions of the work environment as a whole. There were statistically significant differences between the average male and female on the source of incentives and promotion for males

4-There are no statistically significant differences in the dimensions of working environment conditions except after the professional growth, after the incentives and promotion for teachers who have years of experience between (5 to 10) years

5-There are differences of statistical significance between males and females for the benefit of females in all dimensions of the quality of career, and in the total score of the scale
