  • The objective of the research is to identify the obstacles of administrative training in the central administration in the Ministry of Education in the Arab Republic From the point of view of its administrative staff.
  • - Research conducted in the central administration in the Ministry of Education
  • / Damascus / during the second month of the academic year (2016 - 2017).
  • - The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach to reach the results, by designing a questionnaire containing Data collection from the administrative staff in the Central Educational Administration as a research tool, numbering (1100) workers.
  • - The research sample included 96 administrative workers to give their views on the obstacles to training Administrative in the central administration of the Ministry of Education in the Syrian Arab Republic from the point of view of workers Administrators.
  • The main results of the research were as follows:
  • - There are statistically significant differences between the average of the sample of the study on the reality of administrative training in the central administration in the Ministry of Education in the Syrian Arab Republic, from the point of view of administrative staff, according to the variable: (years of service, qualification, number of training courses in the administrative field) For workers with higher academic qualifications, employees with more years of service, and fewer courses.
  • - There are no statistically significant differences between the average of the sample of the study on the obstacles of administrative training in the central administration in the Ministry of Education in the Syrian Arab Republic, from the point of view of administrative staff, according to the variable: (scientific qualification).

- There are statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample on the obstacles of administrative training in the central administration in the Ministry of Education according to the variable (years of service, number of training courses in the administrative field) for those who have less service years
