دراسة عن انتشار اليرقات الثالثة Contracaecum spp.  لدى أسماك السلور (Silurus glanis L.  ) في محافظة حماة

الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم نسبة انتشار الطور اليرقي الثالث (L3) لطفيلي Contracaecum spp.، و انتشارها الموسمي، والعوامل البيئية المؤثرة عليها في أسماك السلور الأوروبي (Silurus glanis L.) المستزرعة ضمن نظام شبه مكثف في الأحواض الترابية.وقد  تم جمع 60 عينة من الأسماك بشكل عشوائي على مدار 12 شهراً متتالياً (من تموز 2023 حتى حزيران 2024).

تم تسجيل القياسات الحيوية للأسماك (الطول والوزن والعمر)، بالإضافة إلى قياس العوامل اللاحيوية للمياه، والتي شملت درجة الحرارة (t)، والأكسجين المذاب(Do)، والأس الهيدروجيني(ph).

أظهرت النتائج تسجيل الطور اليرقي الثالث(L3) لطفيلي Contracaecum spp. بنسبة انتشار بلغت 6.67% (4/60)، مع شدة إصابة تراوحت بين 12–14 يرقة لكل سمكة مصابة.

وقد تركزت الإصابات خلال شهري (أيار–حزيران)، مما يدل على وجود انتشار موسمي واضح. كما أظهر التحليل الإحصائي وجود علاقة طردية معنوية بين درجة حرارة الماء ومعدل الإصابة (r = 0.65, p < 0.05)، وعلاقة عكسية معنوية مع تركيز الأكسجين المذاب (r = −0.60, p < 0.05)، في حين لم يُظهر الأس الهيدروجيني أي تأثير معنوي.

تشير هذه النتائج إلى الدور المهم للعوامل الحيوية واللاحيوية في تحديد آلية انتقال الطفيليات ضمن أنظمة الاستزراع السمكي.
