الملخص
The purpose of the study was to evaluate the supervisory role of head nurses in sparing their staffs from getting Inattentional blindness at Tishreen University Hospital from the point of view of the head nurses. The sample that have been used was available of the head nurses and was composed of (79.6%) of head nurses and their number was (43) head nurses participating in the Tishreen University Hospital during the application of the research. An improved tool for gathering information was used based on researches related to the subject of the study, and data were collected and analyzed using SPSS program version (21). The most important results: The assessment of the supervisory role of head nurses in sparing their staffs from getting Inattentional blindness at Tishreen University Hospital from head nurses view point was generally at a good average.
