تقييم بيئة عمل الممارسة التمريضية من قبل عناصر الكادر التمريضي في مستشفى تشرين الجامعي
الملخص
مقدمة: تأتي أهمية بيئة عمل الممارسة التمريضية من تأثيرها على الكثير من المتغيرات لدى الكوادر التمريضية مثل: الطمأنينة النفسية, السلامة الجسدية, مستوى الأداء, الرضا الوظيفي وسلوك الممرض في العمل، وإن تطوير ظروف العمل في المستشفيات يؤثر بصورة إيجابية على تحسين جودة الرعاية المقدمة, وذلك من خلال تعزيز الأداء ورفع مستوى الدافعية لدى الكادر التمريضي، الهدف: تقييم أبعاد بيئة عمل الممارسة التمريضية في مستشفى تشرين الجامعي في اللاذقية من وجهة نظر الكادر التمريضي، مواد وطرائق البحث: اعتمد هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي والتصميم المسحي المقطعي على عينة شملت 283 ممرض من عناصر الكادر التمريضي تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة المتاحة في المناوبتين الصباحية والمسائية، في أقسام الداخلية والجراحة والعناية المشددة باستخدام مقياس PES-NWI وفق Lake (2002)، تم تفريغ بيانات الدراسة وتحليلها إحصائياً من قبل الباحثة باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS الإصدار (25)، النتائج: بينت النتائج أن الكادر التمريضي يقيم بيئة عمل الممارسة بأنها غير مفضلة (3.1)، في جميع الأبعاد على التوالي باستثناء بعد علاقة الزمالة بين الأطباء، الخلاصة: السمة السائدة في بيئة عمل الممارسة من وجهة نظر الكادر التمريضي في مستشفى تشرين الجامعي هي العلاقة الجيدة بين الأطباء والممرضين، وأدناها كفاية الموارد والتجهيزات. التوصيات: تعزيز فرص مشاركة عناصر الكادر التمريضي في شؤون المستشفى، تمكين الممرضين، توفير فرص عادلة للتطور المهني، وإجراء ورشات عمل تمريضية.
