أثر هيكل الملكية في القيمة المضافة لرأس المال الفكري للمصارف المدرجة في سوق دمشق للأوراق المالية

الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى قياس أثر هيكل الملكية بمكوناته( تركز الملكية – الملكية المؤسسية – الملكية الأجنبية- الملكية الإدارية) في القيمة المضافة لرأس المال الفكري للمصارف المدرجة في سوق دمشق للأوراق المالية.
يتكون المجتمع الإحصائي للدراسة من المصارف المدرجة في سوق دمشق للأوراق المالية والبالغ عددها (11) مصرفاً بعد استبعاد المصارف الإسلامية وذلك خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2017 لغاية 2021. من خلال استخدام تحليل الانحدار.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه بعد ضبط حجم المصرف كان لبعض مكونات هيكل الملكية (تركز الملكية) أثراً معنوياً وايجابياً في القيمة المضافة لرأس المال الفكري، في حين لم يكن هناك أي أثر للملكية المؤسسية والأجنبية والإدارية في القيمة المضافة لرأس المال الفكري للمصارف المدرجة في سوق دمشق للأوراق المالية.
