أثر متغير الخبرة على تطبيق متطلبات خصخصة لعبة كرة السلة في الجمهورية العربية السورية
الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى التعرّف على أثر متغير سنوات الخبرة في مدى تطبيق متطلبات الخصخصة.
استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة، تم استخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل في اختيار العينة، وتكونت من (78) من الإداريين في الاتحاد العربي السوري لكرة السلة، بالإضافة إلى اللجان التابعة له، واللجان الفرعية المنبثقة عنه، ومشرفي لعبة كرة السلة في الأندية، تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة للبحث وكانت أبرز استنتاجات الدراسة أنه لا يوجد فروق في تطبيق متطلبات الخصخصة للعبة كرة السلة في سورية تبعاً لمتغير الخبرة، كما أن هنالك ضرورة للعمل على تطوير كافة المجالات المتعلقة بالمتطلبات لتناسب عملية الخصخصة وأبرزها المجال الإداري، كما يتسم النظام والهيكل الإداري المعمول به في كرة السلة السورية بالضعف وعدم الكفاءة ، عدم وجود حرية لاستثمار الأماكن والمنشآت الرياضية الخاصة بلعبة كرة السلة ، كما أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالات إحصائية في تطبيق متطلبات الخصخصة تبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخبرة.
