تقييم الكفاءة الذاتية في ممارسات الرعاية الذاتية لدى مرضى التهاب المفاصل الروماتيزمي
الملخص
المقدمة: يعد التهاب المفاصل الروماتيزمي مرض مناعي ذاتي يصيب الإناث أكثر من الذكور، ويصيب كبار السن بشكل رئيسي. اشارت منظمة الصحة العالمية (WHO) في تقرير لها في عام 2019 أن 18 مليون شخص في جميع أنحاء العالم مصابون بالتهاب المفاصل الروماتيزمي. وحوالي 70% من الأشخاص المصابين بالتهاب المفاصل الروماتيزمي هم من النساء، و55% منهم أكبر من 55 عامًا. يعد تشجيع المرضى على تبني سلوكيات الرعاية الذاتية الصحيحة والسليمة عاملاً مهماً يساهم في التدبير الناجح للمرض.
الهدف: تقييم الكفاءة الذاتية والعوامل المؤثرة في ممارسات الرعاية الذاتية لدى مرضى التهاب المفاصل الروماتيزمي.
مواد وطرائق البحث: تم اجراء دراسة وصفية على عينة متاحة مؤلفة من ٢٠٠ مريض مشخص لهم التهاب المفاصل الروماتيزمي من كلا الجنسين من المراجعين لقسم وعيادات المفاصل في كل من مشفى اللاذقية الجامعي، جبلة الوطني، اللاذقية الوطني، تم جمع البيانات بطريقة المقابلات الفردية باستخدام أداة الاستبيان ومن ثم تم تفريغ البيانات ثم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج SPSS
النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أن لدى معظم أفراد العينة مستوى كفاءة ذاتية جيد، وأن لدى النسبة الأعلى منهم مستوى متوسط من ممارسات الرعاية الذاتية.
التوصيات: اجراء ندوات تثقيفية وبرامج تعليمية للمرضى حول ممارسات الرعاية الذاتية، تطوير برنامج رعاية ذاتية خاص بمرضى الروماتيزم.
