تأثير جراحة إعادة تصنيع الثدي على صورة الجسم لدى مريضات سرطان الثدي بعد الاستئصال الكلي للثدي

الملخص
المقدمة: يعتبر تقدير الذات ( (Self Esteem SE جانباً مهماً وأساسياً بعد جراحات سرطان الثدي لدى مريضات سرطان الثدي(Breast Cancer BC)، وخاصة اللواتي خضعن لجراحة إعادة تصنيع الثدي(ترميم الثدي)(Breast Reconstruction BRS)، وبما أن الدور التمريضي يشكل جزءاً هاماً في العناية الصحية الجسدية والنفسية لمريضات سرطان الثدي، من خلال التقييم والتخطيط والعناية المستمرة خلال فترة المعالجة بأنواعها وخاصة الناحية النفسية لمريضات جراحات BR، هدف الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم SE لدى مريضات BC قبل الجراحة وبعد أسبوعين من المرحلة النهائية لـ BRS، مواد البحث وطرائقه: شملت الدراسة 30 سيدة تم اختيارهن بطريقة العينة الملائمة وجمعت البيانات بواسطة استبيان معد مسبقاً لذلك في العديد من العيادات الجراحية المتخصصة في محافظة اللاذقية قبل الجراحة وبعد أسبوعين من المرحلة النهائية لـ BRS ، النتائج: بينت النتائج أن BRS تحسن SE لديهن، حيث أظهرت حدوث زيادة ذات دلالة احصائية مهمة في متوسط تقدير الذات (P= 0.022) بمقدار 4 درجة بعد أسبوعان من المرحلة النهائية للجراحة. التوصيات: وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة القيام بدورات تدريبية وتثقيفية للممرضات العاملات في أقسام الجراحة والأورام لتقييم SE لدى مريضات BRS، وأهمية إجراء أبحاث مستقبلية أخرى لتقييم SE على عينة أكبر وفي فترات زمنية مختلفة، بالإضافة لدراسة التداخلات التمريضية التي من الممكن أن تحسن SE مما ينعكس إيجابياً على الحالة الجسدية والنفسية لمريضات BC.
