In his speech, the minister explained that the Ministry of Higher Education has realized the importance of improving and arranging the sites of our universities through the adoption of new strategies and practical plans that include the criteria to be followed in a competitive scientific environment based on improving global visibility and developing and supporting scientific research, programs, plans and curricula. The Minister of Higher Education said: “Our main approach is to raise the quality of higher education and improve its quality, as well as to improve the conditions of scientific research and to continue building scientific and technical capabilities.” Dr. Mohamed Ziad Sultan, President of the University of Hama, said in his speech that Hama University has sought, since its creation and opening (as the master of the country, President Bashar al-Assad, wanted the banner of science and light) to hold central conferences in various fields, It was agreed that the scientific axes discussed would touch the real reality of our steadfast and victorious country. The conference is accompanied by an exhibition of pharmaceutical, medical, laboratory and dental companies. The opening was attended by Comrade Ashraf Bashouri, Secretary of the Hama branch of the Baath Socialist Party Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Hazouri Governor of Hama.
